We understand that different factors/conditions make it difficult to guarantee attendees to functions. Due to this we have put in place a cancellation policy. Your cancellation fees set out for your function are stated your booking confirmation letter. If you are unsure of these details, please speak with Rosemount Bowl to clarify the cancellation fees/dates.
If a cancellation fee is necessary, we will send an invoice to your nominated email.
AGREEMENT:
By signing the agreement, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and your cancellation policy, dates and charges.
Accuracy of Information:
When booking a function, it is the host’s responsibility to give accurate details in relation to the type of function and its guests. If a guest falsifies information or a function is booked on forged pretense's Rosemount Bowl reserves the right to cancel that function without notice and at the expense of the guest.
I have read the terms and conditions and understand that it is a legally binding contract, and that the venue reserves the right to refuse entry without exception.
